The reinspection (commonly referred to as the "Final Inspection") is an inspection to determine if the repairs have been made as agreed upon by the seller and buyer. Email us the following information. Please put the address of the property in the subject line and notation “request for final”. Attach a copy of the repair addendum. State when the work will be complete and when the final inspection report is needed. Attach copies of contractor invoices/receipts to confirm work such as for boiler, HRV service, chimney inspection. Tell us who will be present at the final and/or how to gain access. Tell us who is responsible for the final and how they intend to make payment. The seller is usually responsible for payment of the final inspection. We accept cash, check or credit card. If the seller is not present we usually request their email address and invoice them by square. Generally our policy is to provide the final inspection report after receipt of payment.
