Construction Planning

The inspection covers general structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, foundation
and roof where they are accessible. The client should be present. Realtors usually
schedule the inspection. Most real estate contracts require an addendum within 15
days for requesting corrections. We understand time is of the essence and work to
perform the inspection and provide a report for negotiation in a timely manner.
